Preston Burleson - Co-Owner

Preston Burleson is 27 years old and the proud father of two children, Kayleigh and Parker. Kayleigh, who is four years old, loves to color and ride her bike that Uncle Steven gave her. Parker, who is 2 years old, loves to eat, eat, and eat some more!

Before graduating from Crichton College, Preston played baseball for Germantown High School and Crichton. His background in baseball helped lead to our name, Big League Movers. Preston graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration in 2008. When not at the office, Preston enjoys spending time with his family, visiting his parents and brothers in Florida, and playing golf.

 Steven Reed - Co-Owner

Steven Reed was born and raised in Memphis, TN. With almost a decade of moving experience under his belt, Steven was ready to start his own moving business. His experience lead him to creating a moving business that is run right, one based on customer service, upfront pricing, and the employment of quality movers.

Outside of the office, Steven enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and playing with his puppy, Piper. He is also a member of the St. Francis of Assisi Church.

Inside of the office, Steven handles day to day operations. He oversees human resources, move preparation, billing, and payroll.

 Beau Shaw - Director of Marketing

Beau Shaw is 26 years old and is our avid outdoors-man. He was born and raised in Memphis, TN, but with family in Montana and Texas its easy to see why he enjoys the outdoors so much. He is also a graduate of the University of Memphis with a Bachelor's Degree in Management.

In his free time, Beau can be found working on his home, traveling, or snowboarding. He is also a semiprofessional paintball player who travels around the world for his competitions.

Beau's duties include graphic design, advertising, and just getting our name out there! He also heads up our referral program. 

Demi Gray - Sales Associate

 Demi is the newest addition to the Big League Movers Memphis team. She is very well versed in everything Big League and definitely the sweetest one to talk to. She is who you want to answer the phone!

Demi graduated from Ole Miss with degrees in Marketing and Photography. In her free time you can catch Demi doing something fun in Midtown; typically she enjoys going to the park with her dog Nova  or the zoo.

Demi also enjoys art, specifically remodeling furniture. So, if you have some old furniture that you want us to haul away...we promise it will go to a good home!

Jeff Deleon - Moving Manager

Jeff Deleon has been with Big League Movers since the beginning. Jeff was a pitcher for Crichton College with Preston and one of our first  employees.

In his off time Jeff enjoys all types of sports, especially baseball. But, he most often plays golf. He has even set up a small putting green within the mover's lounge here at our office.

Having completed over 550 moves for BLM, Jeff is one our most experienced and trusted movers.

He is also a customer favorite due to his work ethic and good looks!

Jon Caldwell - Lead Moving Specialist

Jon Caldwell, known as "Tall Jon" around the office, has completed 325 moves for BLM. He is another one of the movers who has been with us since the beginning.

Jon is a Denver transplant and a huge Denver Broncos fan. He also enjoys golf and spending time with his girlfriend. When not moving, Jon holds two other jobs as a security officer and bouncer.

Jon is the mover all the other movers want to work with...he is strong and efficient...and TALL!

Stephen Harchfield - Lead Moving Specialist

Stephen Harchfield is 35 years old, and is one of the most lively of the bunch. He has completed close to 200 moves for BLM and became a crew leader very quickly.

Stephen was born here in Memphis and has been a lifelong resident. Stephen loves the warm weather when his whiffle ball and volleyball leagues start up. He also enjoys online gaming with much of the other crew.  Like most of the movers...Stephen has his favorite NFL team also:

David Crislip - Crew Leader

David Crislip is an active member of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity at the University of Memphis. He is currently a junior and is a Business Administration major.

In his free time, David enjoys graphic design, going to Tigers events, and intramural sports.

Tristan Lyons, more commonly known as Tip, is 27 years old and a Memphis native.

Tip enjoys the Memphis Tigers and live music. He  is also our reigning dancing champion, and is undisputed as of 2011. Tip enjoys life, and makes it fun. His fun loving attitude even rubs off on the most stressed of customers.

Tip is the weekend warrior of Big League Movers. He is an invaluable resource with a huge skill set. From booking moves to going on them himself, Tristan keeps BLM rolling during its busiest times.

Bob Dickerson - Crew Leader

Bob Dickerson was born in Philadelphia; he moved to Memphis in 1991 at the age of six. He is now 26 years old and studying Commercial Aviation at the University of Memphis.

Bob's choice of major is no surprise. He was an Area Supervisor in the Security Forces of the United States Air Force for four years.

When not in class or on a move, Bob enjoys video games, playing guitar, and traveling.

Bob is one of the nicest guys here at Big League Movers. If you are lucky enough to have him on your move, you will agree!

Kyle Neugebaur - Crew Leader

Kyle Neugebaur, 26 years old, was born in Boston, MA, but moved to Memphis at an early age. Naturally, he is a huge Boston Celtics and New England Patriots fan.

Kyle has a great personality that resonates with the other movers and customers alike. When not on a move, Kyle enjoys playing the guitar, lounging by a pool, making people laugh, running, and working out.

Kyle also attends CTK Church where his father is the pastor.

Hunter Hiatt - Crew Leader

Hunter Hiatt was born and raised in the Memphis area. Like much of his family, he played football in both high school and college. Hunter was a quarterback for Germantown High School and also played college ball at Lambuth.

Hunter is currently studying Criminal Justice at Southwest Community College. He aspires to be a Memphis Police officer after college.

In his free time, Hunter enjoys working out and playing golf.
